May Fish of The Month

Well Marc is on holiday this week so it has fallen to me to put up FOM. There were lots of good fish this month but I have picked my five favourites and these include three forum records! So get voting !


1.  Scotty73 with a Cod from SW Scotland  4lb 11oz



2.  Stewart1971 with a Plaice from Cumbria  1lb 1oz



3. Scotty 73 with a Short Spined Sea Scorpion from Eyemouth   2lb 4oz (new SAR Record)



4. Thunderpants with a Thornback Ray from SW Scotland  11lb 14oz (new SAR Record)



5.  Juliogeordio with a Mackerel caught on JFKII  1lb 7oz (new sar boat record)

glad it beat my shore one by an ounce mate

but macky is my favourite fish as I have landed more types of fish species on macky strips of different sizes than I have any other baits

it even out fishes fresh crab rag worm and lug worm for species landed
