April fish of the month!

Well, two stand out fish this month for me so I've decided to keep it short....

1st entry. Noofish, PB 7lb Pollock from St Abbs.



2nd entry. Lenny with a 9lb 6oz thornback ray from Balcary.

Difficult decision this month as both are cracking fish, but the light tackle used got the vote.

cracking fish on the light tackle,know what its like to get them in,i used a formula scatcher with 20lb line to flick a 3oz sinker with frozen sandeel on and had a lot of Pollock between 5lb to 11lb in the early 80s,easter was allways a good time to start the season off as long as the weather was kind,lost a lot of big fish and always said there was a potential british record there.  davy.
