out with my two grandsons today  on the tyne just down from the wood jetty,  wind was the problem for the boys + the rain showers .
the youngest one age 9 one pulled out this bad boy only fish of the session 10am 2pm cracking flounder  .number1. bait  mackerel fish returned back to the water
nowt again as usual ,just giving worms swimming lessons officer

yes lads my grandson was top rod today in very windy conditions, think I was just there to carry the gear bait up and cast out for him, he did reel the fish in but had a problem trying to get it up the wall on the light rod. so grandad to the rescue help get the fish landed, other grandson not at all happy .livid. he told me I gave his brother the best rod. smiley-lol.gif.
grandad just cant win outfished again :cry:
